Using the chart customisation button (3 lines with circles on the lines) on the top right, next to the hamburger menu icon, then hitting the shuffle icon (two arrows intersecting) will enable the edit and shuffle mode
You can then press, hold and drag into position using the “three horizontal line icon” on right of the activity cell.
